HOW TO RETURN

If you wish to return your item, you can return your Item(s) to us and a refund will be granted, provided:

  • Item(s) must be received within 8 working days of receipt

  • Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed

  • Item(s) must be returned in its original condition

  • Item(s) must be returned with all tags attached

  • Footwear must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs of wear

  • Grooming products, pierced jewellery, perfume, underwear garments, jumpsuits, swimwear, bodysuits, cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons

  • Sale items are non-refundable

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable

  • Item(s) must be returned at the customer’s expense

When trying items on, please make sure that you are not leaving perfume, deodorant and make up stains on items.

Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue a refund.

 

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

You must obtain proof of postage using a recorded & signed for delivery service, this is just in case your order is lost on its way back to house of eikla. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. house of eikla is not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages, without proof of receipt and delivery, house of eikla will not issue a return credit

When returning item please make sure you put your invoice in the parcel, house of eikla does not provide return labels or if parcels are found to be un-deliverable.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

eikla boutique reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

 

Similarly, house of eikla reserves the right to refuse service online to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
